My motto is to “Liv a Little” since my friends call me Liv. My grandpa drove an ice cream truck and my dad scooped ice cream in high school, so it’s safe to say ice cream is in my blood…
As a sweet tooth, creative and entrepreneur, Liv a Little seems to be the perfect mix of all three of my passions, which is what brings me here!
I launched my business in Milwaukee during my last semester of college in 2019. Since then, I have taken part in multiple pitch competitions including Brewed Ideas Challenge at Marquette University, where I won $7,500 with my partner Grant von der Lippe, to take my business to the next level.
I now have my own 24 flavor menu and am specializing and obsessing over custom vegan ice cream cakes!
At the end of the day my business would be no where without all of the love and support from my friends, family and the Milwaukee community that built me up. Liv a Little Ice Cream is now based in Chicago, but in the future we plan to offer catering throughout the midwest region. My goal one day is to open my very own ice cream shop & be a gathering spot for the local community!

I am not a vegan myself, which is the most common misconception customers have of me… I want to become the inclusive ice cream that’s worth it. Whether you’re vegan, dairy, peanut or gluten free, I am here to create an ice cream that is just as tasty, nostalgic and fun as the other 31 flavors in the freezer!
